Q4IT is accredited ITIL® Training Organization to deliver all levels of ITIL® courses in English / Czech, we are not reseller of other course providers. All courses are finalized with EXIN certification exam, which is always included in course price.

All our trainers have ITIL® Expert certification, can deliver course in English and are practitiones, having hands-on experience with service management in different organizations.
