ITIL® Foundation including certification test
The training delivers an introduction to ITIL® 2011. Its content composition is based on the requirements of the accreditor of ITIL® certification exams (Syllabus ITIL® 2011) and aims at preparing the participants for a successful attainment of the worldwide accepted ITIL® Foundation certification. The valid certificate belongs in many organizations to the qualification requirements for an accession of some of the IT positions within, such as Service Desk Manager, Incident Manager or Problem Manager. The training is based on the current version ITIL® 2011. In the course of the training, the bridge to the related norm ISO/IEC 20000:2011 is elaborated on. The training material is available in English in order to stick with the original terminology which gets intensely used in many, not only international, organizations. In addition, sticking with the original English terminology facilitates the passing of the certification exam which also will be conducted on the English version of tests.

- The course materials are printed in English, the lecture and examples are provided in the Czech or English
- The course is conducted by a lector with many years ín ITSM field, who holds the ITIL® Expert certification.
- The entire course can be booked without the certification exam
- Refreshments, cold and hot drinks and lunch are available to the participants during the course
- Beside the public courses, a possibility exists that the course can be conducted and scheduled at the client site. The course can be also divided into several blocks. The price of the course will then be offered individually.
