Dr. Marcell Vollmer<\/span><\/a>\u00a0keynoted how our we can shape our future by acting fast. <\/span><\/p>\n

Lizzie Hodgson<\/span><\/a>\u00a0reminded audience that we are humans and we shouldn\u2019t forget it when designing our future. <\/span><\/p>\n

Jaroslav Kmet<\/span><\/a>\u00a0shared his insight about modern e-Slovakia. <\/span><\/p>\n

Frantisek Kohout<\/span><\/a> presented real experience with chatbots in DHL. <\/span><\/p>\n

Jiri Skala<\/span><\/a> focused on ITIL4 parts relevant to technology and suppliers and ServiceNow solution. <\/span><\/p>\n

Sami Kallio<\/span><\/a> surprised everyone by gap between SLA achievements and real customer perception. <\/span><\/p>\n

Josef Lhotsk\u00fd<\/span><\/a> reminded us that we can learn from 4 bil years of evolution <\/span><\/p>\n

Ji\u0159\u00ed \u0160afr\u00e1nek<\/span><\/a> showed that not all organization are profit focused. <\/span><\/p>\n

Hynek Sandera<\/span><\/a> shared CFO insight about IT projects. <\/span><\/p>\n

RicardoAlvarez<\/a> spoke about 7years theory <\/span><\/p>\n

Zden\u011bk Jel\u00ednek<\/span><\/a> highlighted new key features of ITIL4<\/span><\/p>\n

Jonathan Boyd<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>Zdenek Kvapil<\/span><\/a> spoke about what IT Quality really is. And we didn’t forget to challenge traditional paradigms of IT governance world, when we introduced to audience new collaborative model #<\/span>DCMM<\/span><\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
