New edition IT Quality Index 2022 published, extended by 20%, covering new parts:

Successful Candidate Register launched

Many course participants asked us to provide link to their certificates so they can use external party link as an independent authority confirming their training achievement.

Successful Candidate Register is storing all DCMM and IT Quality Index certificates in PDF form. Simple search is enabling to search your certificate by:

  • Name initials – 3 letters
  • Certificate ID

Please note that we intentionally don’t offer full name search. PDF certificate don’t contain email as we follow GDPR regulations. Certificate_ID is a non-sequential figure. All data stored in SCR are – Certificate_ID, Certification achieved, Date of exam, First and Last name – only 3 initial letters, link to PDF certificate.

All course participants will receive their PDF certificate directly after sitting online exam and also their certificate will be stored at www.q4it.eu/cert/ web storage

In the case you cannot find your certificate please contact us via contact form and we will locate and upload your missing certification.

Knowledge worker quality

Peter Drucker about knowledge worker: “It demands that we impose the responsibility for their productivity on the individual knowledge workers themselves. Knowledge Workers have to manage themselves. They have to have autonomy.”

Existence of knowledge worker remained unrecognized in most management models, including ITSM, Agile, DevOps, as the governing ideas was the industrial era thinking of productivity.

IT Quality Index method, introduced in 2017, provides fundamentals of measuring IT quality as complex system, and it also creates inherent quality approach to complex non-routine work  aka knowledge worker.

Interrelated quality metrics are:

  • IT Quality Index – overall IT quality, multidimensional
  • Knowledge worker quality – n:n quality perception of peer collaborators, manager and external expert
  • Collaboration experience – mutual perception of collaboration quality measured either on collaborator or team level

All metrics are tactical or strategic, designed to be used in 12-24 months periods, eliminating the need of quantitative metrics, which typically bear little information or reflect just “noise” or workload fluctuations.
